How to place an order
We understand that modern day life has many demands on your time, so we have tried to make ordering with us as easy as possible.
You can order online or by sending us your order by e-mail, fax or post.
There are many ways to search for what you want.
- On the welcome-page or home-page you will find new products, products that currently are on special offer, products that are very popular right now and the products you usually order.
- If you would rather browse, you can search by range using the menu across the top of the screen. These tabs will take you to individual product ranges (such as Nutritionals / Weight Management / Personal care / Homecare) and will then offer you more specific products. You can also find the products by clicking on our brands NeoLife / Nutriance / Golden.
- You can view your cart at any time by clicking on “View cart / checkout” at the top right of the screen. You will see all the items you have chosen and the price and you can easily add products to your cart.
- When you have completed your shopping, click on “View cart / checkout” and select means of shipping, choose payment method and follow the instructions through our secure checkout process.
- When making your payment online, please be aware that you should return to the web shop, so your payment can be registered to the order. If you do not return to the webpage by accident or if the internet connection breaks down, you should check your order status under My Account, to make sure the payment has been received. Otherwise contact the NeoLife office.
- View your online order history and tracking number of your shipment under My Account.
