L-Arginine is a conditionally essential amino acid, which means that it is critical to provide your body with it through your diet when the physiological demands of recovery may need more of it than the body can produce.

L-Ornithine is a non-essential amino acid formed from the breakdown of L-arginine. Ornithine is vital to the process of removing ammonia from the blood. Ornithine can be converted back into arginine in the kidneys and therefore shares many of arginine’s benefits to the body.

L-Tyrosine is a non-essential amino acid that is produced by the body from phenylalanine.Tyrosine is needed to make the adrenal hormones epinephrine (adrenalin) and norepinephrine (noradrenalin) and the neurotransmitter dopamine.

Choline is an essential nutrient that is used in normal homocysteine metabolism and for the maintenance of normal liver function. It is considered a lipotropic factor and works with other nutrients in normal lipid metabolism. It is required for the structure and function of the central nervous system, as it is part of the membranes and the ‘memory’ neurotransmitter acetylcholine.

Inositol is a nutrient that is contained in every cell, and it has important functions as a messenger substance. It is a vital component of cell membrane phospholipids.
